Every item will fit differently depending on the brand, this is why measurements are listed so that you can check the fit prior to purchase. Each item is individually measured at the time it is listed, all measurements are approximate and are taken while the item is laying flat. We strongly encourage you to check the measurements against a like item in your wardrobe, prior to purchase, if you are unsure if an item will fit. We are not at fault if you neglect to check your measurements, returns will not be accepted for fit issues unless the size was noted incorrectly in the listing.
We offer only good, quality new and pre-owned items. All of our pre-owned items are hand selected and inspected to offer you only the best. All pre-owned items are in Excellent Pre-Loved condition unless stated otherwise in the item description. We will never sell items with rips, holes, stains or tears.

Liquidations & Shelf Pulls
Items that were previously available for sale in a retail environment but were never sold. They usually possess one or more price tags and/or stickers, indicating multiple markdowns and have been exposed to appreciable customer contact. In addition, since most of these items are sent through a reverse supply chain (e.g., from a retailer back to a centralized warehouse), they can show signs of further handling. Loose buttons and loose seams are sometimes found as well as minor marks such as cosmetics or surface dirt from customers trying on the items in the retail store. Accordingly, Shelf Pulls can exhibit a wide range of individual product and package conditions that can differ substantially from the original manufacturing.
Customer Returns
Returns were sold to a customer, who then either physically brought the item back to a store or mailed it to a specified location. Reasons for returning a product may not have any correlation to its usefulness (i.e., size, color, model, etc.), and as a result that product may be in fine working order. The majority of Returns, however, do have some operational and/or cosmetic problem. Depending on a company's return policy. In addition, since most of these items are sent through a reverse supply chain (e.g., from a customer back to a store or a centralized warehouse), they can show signs of further handling.
During the liquidation process some tags may have a mark over the name brand label on the item and some times they may have additional marks mistakenly made on the garment itself. These marks will come out when washed. Please read all information carefully as returns will not be accepted for these minor correctable flaws. Most items are in brand new condition with tags unless noted otherwise. We inspect all items upon arrival and will note any major flaws in the description. We will not issue refunds for the correctable minor flaws noted above however if there is a major flaw that was not noted then at our discretion we may offer store credit upon return of the item.
